The Ohio Department of Health opened a call center to answer questions regarding the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). The call center is open 7 days a week from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and can be reached at 1-833-427-5634.

The Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services created the COVID CareLine to provide confidential emotional support to individuals who may be struggling to cope with current challenges in their lives. The careline is open 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. It's toll-free and can be reached at 1-800-720-9616.

A multilingual resources page has been developed on the Cuyahoga County website and contains COVID-19/Coronavirus resources in Arabic, Chinese, Nepali, Russian and Spanish.
